AJ Velde is a Proprietary Limited company with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ABN: 89 079 900 628 and was formed in August 1997.

From 1997 until today, AJ Velde has been involved in Property Development in New South Wales and Queensland; and has been building residential Homes in New South Wales and Queensland as well.

Colin previously had a NSW Builders License in his own name (since 1976) and obtained a Queensland Open Builders License in 2004 in the company name of AJ Velde Pty Ltd.

Colin has completed certificate level courses in Concrete Technology and Industrial Relations in London in 1973 as well as an official Carpenter and Joiner Trade Certificate course in NSW.
