Waiting Times to Start?
Not if we can help it, we can jump to it on your plans and designs.  Once we have the approvals from your local council/certifier you will see your dream rise from the ground. 

Your family will have a site supervisor assigned to you that you can contact at any stage with any questions on your dream.

Our Service Commitment
No one likes being left waiting.  When we say we are going to be there, we mean it!  We offer free site inspections of your property with Colin and the team to make sure your dreams can become a reality.  

All our homes come with a statutory home owners warranty of over 6 years in Queensland.   If there are any issues, we come to you, and of course, it's fixed free of charge*  And when you deal with AJ Velde, you get Col on the site of your new home.  How many other big building companies have the director on the tools and overseeing all the trades on your dream home?

Our History

AJ Velde Pty Ltd, a family based company, was started by Colin Veldon in Sydney in 1997.   After years of experience with industry leaders, it was Col's desire to have a Building Company that would take the hassles out of home and commercial building, whilst not sacrificing any aspect of the job.

AJ Velde has the best of both worlds, with Col's hands on experience in the Building Industry dating back over 35 years and the buying power and smart philosophy of AJ Velde's working team, you will be assured of the best products in the construction of your project.

Since AJ Velde's inception, we have concentrated our focus on Queensland and New South Wales.  We are currently performing construction in the Fraser Coast, Gladstone and Gayndah areas and are actively sourcing new and existing trades to work within our organisation.
