We have the following Plans of homes that we build and offer to our clients to give them inspiration to come up with their own ideas.  AJ Velde likes to individually tailor each home to the needs and budget of the customer.  All homes are based on the Inclusions List (under Residential).  We would love to Build you own plan that you have drawn and help make your dreams a reality.  We draw your home plans up Free of Charge in house - 4 Drafts for homes up to 200m2 and 5 Drafts for homes over 200m2.  This is part of our design and construct Service.
