Remember Our Service Commitment: No one likes being left waiting.  When we say we are going to be there, we mean it!  We offer free site inspections of your property with Colin and the team to make sure your dreams can become a reality.   All our homes come with a statutory home owners warranty of over 6 years in Queensland.   If there are any issues, we come to you, and when you deal with AJ Velde, you get Col on the site of your new home.  How many other big building companies have the director on the tools?

When you decide to build with AJ Velde, you are assigned a Service Consultant who puts forward all your ideas and dreams.  We also help co-ordinate your colours from your walls to your kitchen.  Our aim is to make your home building to be as 'Stress Free' as possible and completed ahead of time.

So what is Design and Construct?

Do you have that idea in your head for the perfect home or office building?  Have sketched a little bit of a drawing but don't have the confidence to take it an Architect? Well we can help.  If you already have your architecturally designed plans, submit it to AJ Velde so we can give you a FREE no fuss quote with quality inclusions (so your not caught out at the end of your contract), Just ask us.

If you wish to build a new dwelling and want to know what your sketch will look like and if it can be done, we offer this service.  All you need to do is make an appointment with of our display hosts and they can lead you through the design process on your new home, they will confirm with our qualified building designer.

Once a preliminary plan of the home is designed, it is quoted to a completed 'Turn Key' stage.  Once accepted, working Drawings and Engineering are completed and your dream home is submitted to a Private Certifier.  Once these steps are complete, your home is built for you, ready for you to move your family in, hence the name Design and Construct.  And your Preliminary fees (when choosing our designer) are REFUNDED off your contract price, when you choose AJ Velde Builders to construct your new home.
